There are two exciting opportunities available: Social Worker (Family Safeguarding) and Social Worker (SEN Inclusion & Disabled Children Team). 1. Social Worker (Family Safeguarding)Salary: £32,000 - £41,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with families to safeguard and promote the welfare of vulnerable children.
  • Assess family circumstances, risks, and needs to create effective safeguarding plans.
  • Work in partnership with other agencies, such as health services and schools, to deliver holistic support.
  • Ensure the voice of the child is heard and integrated into all decision-making processes.
  • Provide long-term support to families to improve outcomes and prevent future harm.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Social Work and registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience in family safeguarding, child protection, or similar environments.

2. Social Worker (SEN Inclusion & Disabled Children Team)Salary: £32,000 - £41,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).

  • Develop personalised plans to ensure the inclusion and well-being of children with disabilities.
