They are currently looking for talented Java professionals and leaders to join their dynamic team in the following roles. Location: Hybrid - Newbury

Available Positions:

• Software Delivery Manager - Lead four squads, inspiring and motivating your team while leveraging a strong technical background in object-oriented languages. You'll manage the quarterly project planning ceremonies and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery.

• Software Engineering Squad Lead - Guide and support a squad of six developers, conducting code reviews, promoting technical excellence and best practices, and helping to grow team capabilities while ensuring top-tier project delivery.

• Software Engineer - Contribute to the technical implementation of BSS/OSS systems, integrating key technical requirements, and actively participating in project execution and delivery.

• Associate Software Engineer - Hands-on development of BSS/OSS systems in Java, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and collaborating with the team in an Agile environment.

Tech Stack for All Roles:

• Java (Java 8 Minimum), Spring, API design, AWS, Kubernetes

• Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)

• SQL for database interactions

• RESTful API design

• Version control (preferably Git)

• Agile methodology

• CI/CD and related tools

• Test automation (JUnit, Cucumber, Selenium)

• Jira or similar work tracking tools
