A phenomenal school in Newbury are seeking an enthusiastic Student Support Assistant to join their team in September 2024. The school are looking for a passionate, confident and pro-active candidate to start in a Student Support Assistant role in the new academic year. The role consists of assisting students with varying additional needs. The schools provides education to students aged 4-18 who have social, emotional and mental health needs. Working as a Student Support Assistant will include implementing different therapeutic techniques, guiding students through turbulent situations and being a role model. While helping the students on a 1-1 basis, you will build trust and rapport while being mentored by on-site therapists and psychologists.

The successful Student Support Assistant will benefit from:
