Technical Sales Engineer

Technical Sales Engineer required for a provider of high-quality components and scientific equipment based in Newbury. This is a varied role working on I.T & electronic equipment as well as providing technical sales support to clients. The ideal person for this role will either be a graduate or junior level candidate with an educational background in I.T or electronics.

• Work with the sales team to assemble appropriate technology demonstrations for internal / onsite purposes.
• When clients have specific requirements explore options within product portfolio to assemble solutions to meet these. Ask for suggestions from all technical staff to provide a variety of options to explore.
• Day to day maintenance of the internal PC's and laptops.
• Assist clients with the setup / configuration of their devices
• When working at exhibitions, identify the space and advise options for layouts and possible demonstration items.

• Educational background in I.T or Electronics
• Experience or knowledge of Machine Vision products
• Local to their office in Newbury

• Salary: 25,000- 30,000
• Hybrid working available
