About the Role:
We are seeking dedicated and experienced 999 Telephone Triage Clinicians to join Emergency Operations Centres in Bicester and Otterbourne. This is a temporary position, initially for three months, with the possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality telephone triage and clinical advice to 999 callers.
- Utilise Pathways or PaCCs systems to assess and prioritise patient needs.
- Work collaboratively with emergency services and healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate records of all patient interactions.
Requirements:
- Ideally Pathways or PaCCs trained.
- Experience in 999, CDS, or 111 services is desirable
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
