Job Title: MET Technician
Location: Newbury
Salary: A basic salary of up to £45,700 with on-target earnings (OTE) of £50,000.

Job Description: We’re looking for a skilled MET Technician to join a successful Accident Repair Centre in Newbury. In this role, you’ll work with the latest technology and a variety of vehicles, performing essential repair tasks.
Experience Required:
- Must have at least 3 years' experience working unsupervised.
- Ideally qualified to at least NVQ Level II standard. However, experienced applicants without qualifications will be considered.
- A Full UK driving licence is necessary for this position.
Key Responsibilities as a MET Technician:
- Assessing the extent of damage to mechanical and electrical components.
- Establishing if any supplementary parts are required and listing them as necessary.
- Stripping and refitting vehicle parts that have accident damage.
- Repairing or replacing damaged panels and components to a required standard.
- Using diagnostic equipment to diagnose and fix electrical faults.
- Fixing mechanical damage such as engine, suspension, or steering.
- Adhering to Health & Safety regulations.
- Completing all work to a high standard.
