This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a high level of knowledge and understanding of domestic, commercial, and industrial electrical installations. This role is not just available to candidates who possess previous experience in assessing or teaching, if you are ready to take a step back from site and put down the tools, this is the opportunity for you.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting practical assessments, monitoring and tracking progress, training and assessing and delivering the knowledge requirements of the qualification within the workplace.
  • A key function of this role is to build strong relationships with those in the Construction/Electrical industry on behalf of the College.
  • The post holder will need to ensure that work placements are safe environments conducive to learning.
  • Holding or having the willingness to acquire an assessors award or teaching qualification.
