One of our clients are looking for a Digital Content Specialist to join their expanding team.


As the Digital Content Specialist, you will play a crucial role in executing their digital and graphic content strategy. This role focuses on content creation, graphic design, and social media management to enhance our brand's online presence and engagement. Creativity is key, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager to produce visually appealing content, manage social media campaigns, and create promotional materials that align with our brand guidelines. Your work will directly contribute to driving business growth and brand visibility.


Overview

Support the Marketing Manager with all aspects of marketing, with a special focus on improving their social media presence. Your role will include creating and enhancing their brand through compelling images, photography, design, and engaging content. To collaborate with our team to develop and implement impactful brand, marketing, and PR campaigns and events- to boost brand visibility and revenue, always upholding the core values.


Key Responsibilities:


Digital Content Strategy: To include Social Media Campaigns


  • Support the development and execution of comprehensive digital content across various platforms including websites, social media, and email marketing.
  • To create, design and implement innovative SM campaigns and content that reflect the brand and the strategy of the business, incorporating photography, videography and animated graphics.
  • To increase engagement with the brand through SM posts.
  • To oversee/manage all social media accounts within the business.

Graphic Design:

  • Design and produce in-house promotional content, including graphics for digital ads, social media posts, and websites across the group.
  • Develop visual elements that adhere to brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and high quality across all materials.
  • Create promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, and posters that effectively communicate the brands message.

Photography and Visual Content:

  • Conduct and oversee photography sessions to capture high-quality images for use in digital and print media.
  • Edit and retouch images to align with brand aesthetics and ensure they meet production standards.

PR Campaigns:

  • Design graphic elements for PR campaigns, including press releases, media kits, and event promotions.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to create visually compelling content that supports campaign objectives and enhances brand visibility.

CRM Campaigns:

  • Produce engaging content and design for company newsletter (via mailchimp), across all of the group companies and internal, in line with the digital and social strategy and business objectives.
  • Analysis of key metrics in relation to these campaigns, working with the marketing manager on improvements.

Ecommerce:

  • Manage the ecommerce platform, keeping up to date with new products and courses, as well as gift card sales

Reporting:

  • Produce monthly relevant analytics across the group platforms and work with the marketing manager to translate these into insights contributing to successful marketing campaigns or business driving initiatives.

Brand Guidelines and Compliance:

  • Produce and maintain visual content that adheres to brand guidelines and strengthens brand identity.
  • Ensure all graphic designs and promotional materials are consistent with brand messaging and standards.

Events under the guidance of the Marketing Manager

  • As the role develops, you will also assist with events under the guidance of the Marketing Manager. You will work alongside General Managers and supervisors to organise, and market successful events across the business to increase revenue. Additionally, you will take on other ad hoc responsibilities as needed to support the broader marketing efforts.


Qualifications

  • Education:Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience:2-3 years of experience in digital content strategy, graphic design, and social media planning.
  • Skills:Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), social media management tools, and content management systems.
  • Photography:Experience in photography and image editing.
  • Design:Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills and previous work on promotional content and brand materials.
  • Communication:Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
