Job description
We are currently looking for a Fleet Administrator for a client in the Automotive industry based in Newcastle-Under-Lyme.
Duties may include:
- Process NEW vehicle orders with relevant manufacturer / dealership.
- Monitor order progress and feedback to customer/internal team on order progress.
- Manage the order through to delivery status of the vehicle to customer.
- Manage forecasts for deliveries, updates of vehicles arriving on site etc.
- Updating finance details onto product records;
- Ensuring all necessary paper work is kept up to date;
- General administration;
- Issuing and collating documentation;
- You may be required to complete other ad hoc duties from time to time;
- Ensuring a high level of customer service is always maintained;
- Data entry;
- Maintain accurate records;
- Preparing correspondence;
- Vehicle compliance;
- Ensuring all vehicle paper work is up to date and compliant including MOT’s, Services etc;
- Assist with periodic sales campaigns involving the Development team and the Internal Sales team.
Hours - Monday - Friday 9 - 5:30
Salary - 25k to £30k per annum dependent on experience
