As the Accountant, you'll contribute to managing 4 billion in annual funding aimed at delivering the
Government's ambitious housing and regeneration objectives.
This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to work collaboratively across strategic, transactional, and reporting finance teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations during a transformational period for the organization.

- Location: Hybrid working with 50% in Northeast England
Your Expertise:
- CCAB-qualified with extensive experience in large/complex organizations.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work at pace, navigating ambiguity effectively.
- Ideally, a solid grasp of Government budgeting and accounting rules.
Your Impact:
- Lead critical aspects of financial operations, from accounts payable to annual reporting.
