Key Responsibilities
- Leading and managing a portfolio of audit clients, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Acting as the Responsible Individual (RI) for audit sign-offs and regulatory oversight.
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, offering strategic advice and insights.
- Overseeing audit planning, execution, and completion, ensuring high standards of quality.
- Providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to audit teams.
- Identifying business development opportunities and contributing to the firm’s growth.
- Must hold RI status or be eligible for approval.
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with extensive audit experience.
- Proven ability to lead and manage audit teams effectively.
- Strong technical knowledge of audit regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Must have a minimum of 6 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
- A proactive and strategic mindset, with a commitment to professional development.
