Key Responsibilities

• Leading and managing a portfolio of audit clients, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Acting as the Responsible Individual (RI) for audit sign-offs and regulatory oversight.
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, offering strategic advice and insights.
• Overseeing audit planning, execution, and completion, ensuring high standards of quality.
• Providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to audit teams.
• Identifying business development opportunities and contributing to the firm’s growth.

• Must hold RI status or be eligible for approval.
• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with extensive audit experience.
• Proven ability to lead and manage audit teams effectively.
• Strong technical knowledge of audit regulations and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Must have a minimum of 6 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
• A proactive and strategic mindset, with a commitment to professional development.
