Finance Business Partner | £40,000 - £45,000 | Permanent | Newcastle
Castlefield Recruitment are working with a reputable organisation in Newcastle who are looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner to their team on a permanent basis. This role offers hybrid working and many other excellent benefits.
Duties:
- Preparing financial forecasts, performing departmental audits and analysing the company’s financial performance
- Provide support and advice for the wider business, including colleagues with a non-financial background
- Responsible for the preparation of the monthly management accounts
- Posting prepayments, accruals and other journals
- Build and maintain relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
Experience:
- Previous experience working in the wider not-for-profit or public sector as a Management Accountant or a Finance Business Partner
- Actively working towards a financial qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA, ACA etc
- Advanced excel skills and strong financial system knowledge
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
