You will demonstrate the ability to challenge and influence decision-making through the provision of robust financial data and detail. Confident to present at board level, with a background working in construction, ideally the house-building sector, and the desire to make a difference in a purpose-led organisation.What you'll need to succeedYour key duties and responsibilities will include the provision of timely and accurate financial information, with a focus on project financial analysis. Demonstrable ability to interpret and analyse financial data to highlight any issues and areas of concern. Your collaborative approach will ensure accurate and timely information is provided, and financial performance is monitored, as well as implementing sure risk-based decision-making. Supporting technical and legislative requirements, you will also contribute to financial reporting, including board level reports.Your influential nature will allow you to support the development, implementation and ongoing review of financial processes and systems of work and work collaboratively as financial business partner with the Senior Management Team.What you'll get in returnFlexible working options are available.
