I am working with a top 10 Accounting Firm who are urgently looking for an an Outsourcing Senior. The Outsourcing team delivers comprehensive finance function and management accounting services to a diverse portfolio of multinational clients, with a focus on the technology and pharmaceutical sectors.

As an Outsourcing Senior, you will:

Serve as a controller for multiple clients, spearheading management accounting reporting and ensuring seamless finance function operations

Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication with key stakeholders

Collaborate closely with and supervise Outsourcing Assistants to ensure exceptional service delivery

Report to managers, directors, and partners while playing a pivotal role in achieving the team's strategic objectives

This position offers excellent opportunities for client liaison development and professional growth. The successful candidate is expected to be present in the Newcastle office at least three days per week.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a diverse client portfolio

Ensure timely and accurate preparation of management accounts and VAT returns

Oversee Outsourcing Assistants in:

Bank reconciliations

Sales and purchase ledger activities

Accurate posting of invoices to General Ledger and AP/AR subledgers

Timely execution of payments to vendors and creditors

Foster client relationships, uphold quality standards, and deliver exceptional service

Identify and address international implications (e.g., VAT, taxation, foreign currency)

Professional Qualifications:

Part or fully qualified ACCA/ACA, or a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience (QBE).
