Top 50 award winning accountancy practice are looking for a Semi Senior to join their goring team!Work with a diverse range of clients, including UHNWIs, owner-managed businesses, celebrities, sports stars, and non-doms. You'll receive the support and training needed to achieve your career goals and become a trusted tax adviser.The Role:

  • Serve as the central point of contact for client work.
  • Prepare personal and partnership tax returns, P11Ds, and PSAs.
  • Take ownership of your responsibilities.
  • Mentor and train junior team members.
  • Communicate effectively with managers and escalate issues as needed.
  • Manage budgets and time reporting accurately.
  • Foster strong client relationships through excellent service.
  • Continuously enhance your technical knowledge and skills.
  • Contribute to best practices and quality control in the Tax department.

The Candidate:

  • ATT Part Qualified
  • At least 1.5 years of relevant UK work experience
  • Experience in preparing personal tax returns
  • Knowledge of current accounting standards and best practices
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
  • Ability to guide and train junior staff
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
