The BusinessHybrid Working - Flexible Hours - Established Business - Progression OpportunitiesAre you an experienced personal tax professional and are you maybe seeking your next challenge?Nigel Wright are delighted to be working with a large, regional and independent firm of chartered accountants with offices in Newcastle, County Durham and Teesside.The firm are looking to hire an experienced Personal Tax Senior to their growing team (flexible on location). The RoleAs a Personal Tax Senior a typical day could include:
  • Dealing with various personal tax compliance issues for a range of personal individuals and business entities. 
  • Getting involved in tax planning and tax advisory work where appropriate.
  • Managing your own portfolio of personal tax clients.
  • Assisting with the training of tax trainees. 
  • Act as a point of contact for clients and their ad hoc queries. 
  • Contributing to the longer term strategy of the tax department.

The Requirements and ProcessTo qualify for this role as a Personal Tax Senior, you should:
  • Be fully qualified ATT or qualified by experience.
  • Be confident working with technology.
  • Have a sound knowledge of personal tax.
  • Have a strong attention to detail. 
  • Be a confident and professional communicator.
