Curriculum Leader

TR2 Recruitment are working with a well respected client in the Newcastle area who are looking for an experienced Curriculum Leader to join their Higher Education Healthcare department.

This role will see successful candidates working along side the Head of Curriculum supporting them in buidling and developing the department, ensuring the targets are hit each year and student engagement is boosted.

• A successful candidatefor the rolewill be responsible for managing a team of 12 staff members. The department is the biggest HE department in the College with 250+students.
• The role is a 50/50 split with 12 hours per week of teaching and the rest managing the team i.e. appraisals etc.
• A successful candidatemust have experience of HE and understand HE at a quality level.

This position is permanent and will be paying 47,899 per year.
