Do you have experience in managing challenging behaviour in children and adolescents and possess a calm and nurturing personality? Vision for Education is looking to appoint a Behaviour Support Cover Supervisor to join our join our successful supply agency team and work in a school in the Newcastle local authority. This position would be ideal for those wanting to gain employment in Education and have previous experience working/volunteering with children aged 11-16.Â
About the role
Working as part of an energetic and creative team, the successful Behaviour Support Cover Supervisor will be to work with difficult behaviours and control the class setting.
If applicants are successful there is an opportunity for you to attend the training course that Vision for Education provides.
Requirements
To be considered for the role of Pupil Behaviour Support Assistant (Secondary) you will:
- Have experience supporting children in small groups.
- Have experience working with children with MLD
- Be patient and have a caring nature.
