- Developing positive relationships with clients

- Reviewing and improving processes and setting targets for the team to ensure company standards are met
- Assist with implementing new systems, policies and procedures
- Completing monthly billrun
- General administration for clients and reception cover when required for holidays or sickness
- Previous experience in a customer facing role is essential
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with elevated diligence
