The OpportunityNigel Wright are delighted to be partnered with our client, a well-established organisation as they look to recruit a Client Services Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for a forward-thinking individual to join a vibrant business in a newly established role. The role will require you to develop positive relationships with clients to establish a strong presence, whilst delivering daily functions within the wider team across Administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities
  • Developing positive relationships with clients 
  • Resolving any client issues effectively, whilst maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Overseeing the daily functions within the front of house team and supporting the Senior Leadership Team
  • Reviewing and improving processes and setting targets for the team to ensure company standards are met
  • Assist with implementing new systems, policies and procedures
  • Completing monthly billrun
  • General administration for clients and reception cover when required for holidays or sickness
About you
  • Previous experience in a customer facing role is essential
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills with elevated diligence 
  • Ability to seek out opportunities for continuous improvement and portray vision, values and passion
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem solver, who will follow issues through to resolutions
