Your new company

I am delighted to be supporting a global organisation on an exclusive basis to recruit for an Operations Assistant to join their Op's team in a permanent position. The organisation is located in Newcastle city centre working within a small operations team supporting the sales advisors. A modern office with monthly socials, and busy atmosphere - we are looking for someone with experience in an administration role previously or experience supporting with compliance and onboarding. My client is happy to train and develop the succesful candidate.Your new role

This will be a fast-paced position working closley with the operations team in Newcastle.

Responsibilities include:

  • Onboarding of new Contractors, including all documentation required for compliance
  • Producing reports with data from the internal system
  • Co-ordinating travel bookings and mobilisations of contractors
  • Issuing contract letters
  • Co-ordination of Contractor mobilisations including contracts, VISA's, work permits, immigration requirements, travel, accommodation, tax for locations worldwide.
  • Ordering and recording of PPE and organising training of contractors
  • Onboarding of new clients to ensure compliance with processes
  • Conducting regular internal audits
  • Assisting the Finance team with invoicing of contract work and costings

What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong administration and attention to detail
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment
  • Strong IT skills and efficient with microsoft packages and internal systems
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude
