REED Business Support is currently supporting a large and successful organisation with the recruitment of a number of Service Administrators on a temporary ongoing basis. These roles will initially run until the end of March 2025 but there is the potential for them to be extended beyond this point.
KEY DUTIES:
- Providing support and guidance to clients via email and over the telephone
- Verifying documents and uploading them to internal databases
- Proofread application forms
- Maintain communication with clients at all times throughout the application process
- Work to set KPIs
- General admin duties
PERSON SPECIFICATION:

- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Able to use own initiative
PAY RATE:
£12.98 PER HOUR
WORKING HOURS:
Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (some flexibility can be offered after training is completed)
These roles are expected to start in early April with interviews taking place within the next week or so.
