Key Responsibilities:Lead and Inspire: Oversee the end-to-end process from briefing and planning through to activation and reporting. Performance Campaigns: Deliver best-in-class performance campaigns across Paid Social and PPC, as well as high-impact brand campaigns. Client Engagement: Develop a deep understanding of your clients’ business visions, brand, and marketing strategies. Manage communications effectively with clients, media owners, and other agencies. Resource Management: Efficiently manage your own and the team’s workload, ensuring timely communication of any issues. Innovation: Drive innovation within client teams, actively seeking media-first betas and testing new strategies to improve performance. Recognition: Identify case study opportunities and build them into award-winning entries. Financial Management: Handle finance queries promptly with wider teams to ensure queries are reconciled speedily. Skills & Expertise:
