I am searching for an experienced Architect to join a well-established practice in Newcastle. The award-winning team works on a wide range of residential projects and always aim to provide innovative, client-led designs. The practice has a focus on providing bespoke designs and assisting clients from project initiation to completion.
The successful Architect will have sufficient experience post Part 3 qualification and creative design flare. You will have experience working on residential projects and will be confident liaising with clients and contractors. AutoCAD and Revit proficiency is essential.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architect:
- ARB registered
- Part 3 qualified
- Sufficient post qualification experience is required
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Liaise with clients, contractors and the wider team
- Excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations
- Designing and modelling projects whilst collaborating with senior team members
- Supporting Project Architects and attend design meetings
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Great technical abilities
- Proficient using AutoCAD and Revit
- Must live within a commutable distance of Newcastle
