Salary: £32,000- 42,000 dependent on experience
I am actively seeking an Architect to join a dynamic Architectural practice in Newcastle. This design led practice is a forward-thinking practice specializing in contemporary architecture and interior design. With a strong focus on sustainability and client collaboration, the firm consistently delivers projects that are both innovative and functional. Their specialist expertise lies across the residential sector, reflecting a commitment to creative, tailor-made solutions. The team is passionate about creating spaces that not only meet the needs of their clients but also enhance the wider community.

The successful Architect will have substantial post part three experience across the residential sector, boasting creativity and design flare with strong AutoCAD and industry standard software.
Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architect:
- ARB registered / RIBA qualified ideally
- A couple of years post Part Three UK based Architectural experience
- Proven track record of working on residential projects
- Experience job running
- Boast design flare and creativity
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and ideally Revit
- Experience working across the RIBA stages
- Proven experience liaising with clients, contractors and other professionals
- Develop project briefs
- Knowledge of planning and building regulations
- Keen eye for detail
- Work across multiple projects simultaneously whilst meeting strict deadlines
- Keen to input to company growth
- Live locally to the Newcastle area
