Salary: 32,000- 40,000 dependent on experience

This thriving practice are experts across the residential sector and showcase their creativity and dedication to sustainability throughout their designs. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate Architectural Technologist who is keen to progress int heir career to join a successful practice, whilst working on exciting projects in a supportive and collaborative environment.
The successful Architectural Technologist will be a proven Job Runner with substantial experience across the residential sector, excellent technical skills and experience developing close relationships with clients.
Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:
- Chartered with CIAT would be beneficial
- Degree or HND/HNC in Architectural Technology
- Several years of post qualification experience in the UK
- Experience working on residential projects
- Experience job running
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and ideally Revit
- Excellent technical detailing and drawing abilities
- Proven experience liaising with clients and contractors in the residential sector
- Develop project briefs
- Knowledge of planning and building regulations
- Keen eye for detail
- Work across multiple projects simultaneously whilst meeting strict deadlines
- Keen to input to company growth
- Live locally to the Newcastle area
