Reporting directly into the Projects Director, this is a pivotal role where you will have the chance to collaborate and build relationships with blue chip clients in the companies sector.
In this role you will oversee projects for the client, from the design and pre-construction phase, to final build and construction, ready to be taken over by the service and maintenance delivery team.
This role would suit a Construction Manager / Project Manager looking for a crucial role within a multi-million business.
