Description for the Infrastructure Manager role:- This is a fantastic opportunity with a technology division of a global company. The role will involve managing a Systems Administration and Infrastructure team (c6 people) in a fast-paced technology environment and requires a good understanding of Kubernetes, Linux administration and hands on Network configuration/Toubleshooting. Ideally you should possess knowledge of virtualisation technologies, Datacentre infrastructure and Puppet/Ansible. This will be joining their growing practise and will offer great opportunities for career growth.

The role is hybrid and will involve 1-2 days a week in their Newcastle office.

Experience required for the Infrastructure Engineer roles:-

5yrs+ commercial experience in an infrastructure role
Team leading/Management experience
Linux administration skills
Solid Kubernetes knowledge
Solid networking/Security understanding/experience
Ansible, Docker
Scripting

Salary for the Infrastructure Manager role will be negotiable dependent on experience but expect £80,000 to £100,000 basic + benefits package depending on experience.
