Our client is renowned for delivering innovative solutions to a diverse global customer base across various industries. As part of their strategic expansion, they are seeking a Senior Account Growth Manager to manage a portfolio of airline clients, with a focus on client retention and revenue growth. The role can be based anywhere in the UK.Role Profile:•    Serve as the primary contact for airline accounts, ensuring exceptional client relationships.•    Conduct regular meetings to uncover growth opportunities.•    Build and maintain senior-level relationships, understanding clients' long-term objectives.•    Lead upselling and cross-selling activities, setting best practices.•    Identify and pursue new airline logo opportunities, managing the full sales process.•    Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with client objectives.•    Ensure successful contract renewals by delivering exceptional service.•    Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly and provide tailored insights. •    Provide clients with tailored insights on industry trends, product updates, and best practices.•    Monitor account health, prepare performance reports, and offer actionable recommendations.•    Advocate for client needs and contribute to product roadmap discussions.•    Stay informed about competitors and market trends, sharing intelligence within the organisation.Person Specification:•    3+ years in account management or customer success in SaaS, managing high-value accounts specifically in the airline industry•    Proven ability to manage senior-level client relationships and exceed revenue targets•    Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills with a focus on consultative selling and value-based solutions•    Proficient in CRM systems and account management tools; experience mentoring team members•    Ability to drive strategic initiatives, influence stakeholders, and contribute to growth strategiesOther information:•    There will be regular international travel required
