As a Purchase Ledger Clerk, you'll be responsible for managing the purchase ledger, ensuring smooth and accurate processing of supplier invoices, and maintaining excellent relationships with global vendors. - Ensure accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records for suppliers and invoices.
- Liaise with internal teams and global suppliers to resolve any discrepancies or queries.
- Assist with month-end procedures and help prepare financial reports.
- Monitor and maintain accurate supplier accounts, ensuring timely payments and good relationships.
- Help streamline processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency.
- Proven experience in a Purchase Ledger Clerk
- Experience with accounting software (knowledge of SAP, Xero, or similar systems is a plus).
