- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed requirements for projects and initiatives.
- Review current business processes to identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement and recommend changes to enhance productivity and effectiveness through the creation of as is and to-be process mapping.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings and interviews to gather insights and feedback for process improvements
- Identify, collate and analyse data to support decision making and identify trends or patterns that can inform strategic planning
- You should have existing experience within Business Analysis (any not for profit or psec experience would be beneficial but not essential)
- Experience leading workshops
- Experience with stakeholders across the organisation
- Comfortable leading and taking initiative for projects
