Our TeamExciting opportunities exist within our Reporting & Insights (R&I) Team right now. As part of Data Driven, we love data and using it to add real value to drive key business decisions. It's a fantastic time to join the R&I team as we progress the utilisation of the tools associated with our Microsoft Partnership, this role has a real opportunity to shape the future of reporting for our customers.

We're looking for a Senior Analyst, who can join us and be key to helping support and manage the delivery of the business information the Bank requires to grow and succeed.

What you'll be doing• Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the bank to deliver great reporting solutions• Analysing and creating new Business intelligence content to bring data to life and provide the answers for key business decisions• Delivering Business intelligence in-line with the overall Reporting & Insight strategy and the Banks Data Strategy• Working as part of a team to deliver continuous improvement initiatives using best practices and new Business intelligence tools • Developing and supporting the rollout of Power BI Reporting to customers

We need you to have• Experience of working in a Business Intelligence environment using Strategic tools - for example Power BI, SAS, Business Objects, Tableau• Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to problem solve and find the best solutions.• A real curiosity about data and latest BI tools, with a pro-active attitude to development and learning • Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Understanding of the constraints of using sensitive and confidential data• Flexibility and proactivity with the ability to work under the pressure of deadlines

It's a bonus if you have but not essential• Developmental experience of EGuide and base SAS• Data modelling and Data Warehouse experience
