To be considered for this role, you must:
- Previous experience as a Senior Business Analyst
- An enthusiasm for change and supporting the business in defining processes which will add value with a keen interest in new technology.
- Experience of using a broad range of business analysis practices to support change delivery.
- Good written and presentation skills with an ability to facilitate stakeholder workshops, present requirements and processes in a clear, logical manner.
- Strong organisational skills and experience in prioritising work to meet project deadlines.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead on analysis of complex business processes, demonstrating critical thinking and support the business in making decisions which will drive benefits and add value against its objectives.
- Confidently elicit and effectively manage requirements from SMEs both in person and remotely across multiple locations in the UK and overseas.
- Manage relationships with senior stakeholders, effectively delivering key messages, highlighting issues and driving decision making.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills to facilitate discussion and to liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders, delivering key messages and supporting proactive management of issues.
