Our TeamAs a Senior Business Analyst you'll be part of a collaborative Business Analysis team that help to deliver our strategic Economic Crime Portfolio. You'll work within what is a fast-paced environment, where you'll be assigned to work on Projects that deliver technical and business change, enabling us to remain regulatory compliant, as well as driving transformational change against the ever-evolving challenges of Fraud and Financial Crime.The Business Analysis team that you'll be part of has a diverse range of backgrounds and skills, with some at the start of their Business Analysis careers and others highly experienced.

What you'll be doing• Working on a range of Projects that deliver business and technical change to prevent and detect Economic Crime (Fraud/Financial Crime)• Responsibility to lead the analysis work on one or more streams of activity within that Project• Providing support to other Business Analysts that you work with e.g., peer reviews, recommending appropriate techniques, offering guidance• Building relationships with stakeholders across the business, bringing together the right people to truly understand what our customers and end users want• Working proactively and collaboratively with those around you, ensuring you provide estimates for your tasks, input in to planning, timely progress updates, and input into Project risks and issues on an ongoing basis• Providing requirements consultancy throughout the Project lifecycle ensuring that your delivery and test colleagues are supported in their understanding of what is required

We need you to have• Significant experience of leading on Business Analysis activities, using different methodologies, tools and techniques gained by working on multiple projects• The ability to manage your workload and priorities effectively, be a self-starter, well organised and able to work independently on complex tasks.• Demonstrable experience of working with stakeholders at various levels including identifying, engaging, managing expectations and communicating with confidence• Experience of using Business Analysis tools such as Jira, Miro and Visio.• Experience of creating user stories and associated acceptance criteria, along with a proven capability of elicitation of those requirements.• Confidence in creating detailed process maps using industry standard techniques.• The capability to work with business stakeholders to identify and assess the impacts of Project change.• First class inter-personal skills, coupled with strong influencing abilities and a can-do attitude to keep focussed on delivering the right business outcome.
