Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the apprenticeship sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, industry partners, and stakeholders.
- Promote our apprenticeship programs to potential clients and partners.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of apprenticeship programs.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to enhance our presence in the market.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, preferably within the apprenticeship or education sector.
- Strong understanding of the UK apprenticeship landscape and funding mechanisms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel as required.

Home-based, with travel across the Northeast and Cumbria to visit clients.
