Role Overview: 

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our client's team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding their apprenticeship programs, building strong relationships with employers, and driving growth in our sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the apprenticeship sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, industry partners, and stakeholders.
  • Promote our apprenticeship programs to potential clients and partners.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of apprenticeship programs.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to enhance our presence in the market.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, preferably within the apprenticeship or education sector.
  • Strong understanding of the UK apprenticeship landscape and funding mechanisms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel as required.
