What you'll be doing• Collaborating with Business Functions: Engage with a wide variety of teams to understand their ambitions and identify how data can accelerate their vision• Innovating for Impact: Shape and guide thinking to maximise opportunities and ensure a seamless path to value realisation.• Coaching for Excellence: Develop and grow critical capabilities across the team, such as creating compelling outputs that challenge the status quo.• Maximising Deliverables: Work across the Strategic & Advanced Analytics teams to enhance the value of our deliverables.• Building Relationships: Identify opportunities to engage new audiences and foster strong relationships across the business.• Bridging the Gap: Serve as the link between analytical thinking and business stakeholders to ensure clear and consistent understanding.• Team Development: Leading and delivering on a variety of cross team engagement & improvement initiatives
We need you to have• Exceptional Stakeholder Engagement: Lead and influence discussions at all levels with outstanding engagement skills.• Critical Thinking: Challenge existing assumptions with a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality visual outputs.• Inspirational Coaching: Engage and inspire the team with your brilliant coaching abilities.• Data-Driven Insight: Leverage your knowledge of data to drive incremental value.
It's a bonus if you have but not essential• Experience in a Data Function: While not essential, previous experience in a data role is a plus.
