UK Remote (Occasional Travel)

This role is best suited for experienced Paraplanning managers, you will be running multiple offices of Paraplanners across the country. If you have strong technical knowledge, experience mentoring and managing a team, and a desire to drive efficiency in a financial planning firm, this opportunity is for you.

You will lead a team of paraplanners, ensuring high-quality financial planning support while refining processes to enhance business efficiency. The role offers remote working with occasional travel to regional bases and a salary up to £85k.

The Role

Your primary responsibility will be to lead and develop the paraplanning teams, ensuring the smooth operation of financial planning support.

You will be managing and growing the regional hubs of paraplanners, supporting their professional growth and the team’s success, driving process improvements to enhance efficiency within the paraplanning function and keeping up to date with regulatory changes, tax planning, and financial products.
