We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Paraplanning Team Leader to join a dynamic financial planning team at their Head office.

The successful candidate will lead and manage a team of paraplanners, ensuring the delivery of high-quality support to financial advisors and clients.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent technical knowledge, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of compliance and client service.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of paraplanners, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and performance.
  • Oversee the preparation of comprehensive financial plans, reports, and recommendations for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with financial advisors to understand client needs and objectives and ensure that paraplanning support aligns with these goals.
  • Review and approve financial plans and reports prepared by the team, ensuring they meet company standards and regulatory guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Paraplanner.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage team morale and performance.
