We're recruiting a Facilities Maintenance Assistant to take care of and service our client's facility in Newcastle. You'll be responsible for:
- Managing the daily activities on-site, ensuring all equipment functions properly, and address any challenges, escalating issues as needed
- Ensuring a safe environment, serve as Fire Warden and First Aider, and comply with Health and Safety protocols
- Offering a welcoming reception for visitors, and conducting building orientations when requested
- Regularly inspect the floor and locker areas, uphold cleanliness standards, manage storage, and reporting any issues
- Assisting with equipment, meeting room setups, and delivery handling
To be successful within this Facilities Maintenance Assistant role, you will ideally have experience in a similar discipline. Combined with the following skills and traits:
