Key Responsibilities:Oversee the daily operation and management of the schools facilities and estates.
Develop and implement systems and procedures to maintain the highest operational standards.
Promote collaborative working relationships across all teams to support professional development.
Provide strategic oversight for premises and facilities management throughout the school.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:A management qualification.
Proven experience in driving operational improvements and achieving results.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage teams to perform at their best.
Excellent communication skills, capable of confidently presenting both written and verbal information to a range of stakeholders.
