First Call Talent Solutions are looking to recruit a Call Centre Trainer for our clients busy contact centre based in Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1.

Our client is a nationally recognised advice centre focussing on the energy, utility supply markets and contract renewals across various supply sectors.

Ideally candidates will come from a call centre environment and either have been a trainer, supervisor or manager and be happy training and mentoring new colleagues within this environment.

This role is being recruited for on a permanent basis and has immediate interviews and starts available.

Candidate duties will include:

To on board new lead generation staff within a contact centre environment. Developing strong supplier relationships and adhere to the contracted agreements and rates customers, promoting this to contact centre staff.

Be responsible for all new starter inductions. Provide training on systems and processes including in house logging systems. Support colleagues to ensure robust action plans are in place for training and development. Audit / review customer calls to ensure quality standards. Provide weekly and monthly feedback. Review and monitor HR process within the team and line management.

Candidate experience will include:

Having worked as a supervisor, manager or trainer within a contact centre. Proven record of success in direct sales, outbound, inbound and cold calling. A positive attitude and approach. Effective communication and IT skills. Have excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience of organising high volume induction days and on boarding sessions

Creative thinking skills on new ways to inform and engage. Strong data skills. Experience of working with contact centre staff and senior management teams.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm however an element of flexibility is needed during peak periods.
