Duties and Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve critical software issues
- Take ownership of cases through to resolution
- Assist other members of the support team
- Ensuring KPIs are met
- Liaise directly with customers regarding technical issues, via phone and email
- Identify reoccurring technical faults and recommendations to the Support Manager
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
