A local council in the Newcastle area is seeking a Joiner for planned maintenance on domestic properties.
The role involves kitchen fitting and general 2nd fix maintenance, working from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
The successful candidate will earn £17 per hour under Umbrella or CIS arrangements and will have a long run of work.
Candidates should have a City and Guilds or NVQ in carpentry or joinery, a CSCS card (skilled), and previous experience in social housing maintenance.
An in-date asbestos awareness ticket is also required for this position.

I am looking for a Joiner to work on behalf of a local council in the Newcastle area. The successful candidate will carry out planned maintenance on domestic properties across the Newcastle and wider area. Work will include kitchen fitting as well as general 2nd fix maintenance.

The Joiner will receive:

17 P/H Umbrella or CIS
Long run of work

The successful candidate will be expected to complete:

Planned maintenance on domestic properties
8:00AM - 4:00PM, Monday to Friday
2nd fix maintenance to a high standard

I am really keen in speaking to anyone who has:

Previous social housing/council house maintenance experience
