The Role

Our Client is seeking a time-served Joiner to join the Responsive Repairs Team. You will be responsible for carrying out joinery repairs and maintenance across council properties, ensuring work is completed to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing joinery repairs and maintenance on residential and commercial properties.
  • Working as part of a responsive repairs team, reacting to urgent and routine repair requests.
  • Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards.
  • Following health and safety regulations, including risk assessments.
  • Using appropriate tools and equipment, ensuring compliance with council procedures.
The Candidate

To be successful in this role, you must have:

Time-served Joiner with relevant experience in repairs and maintenance

Essential training certifications:

  • Manual Handling
  • Asbestos Awareness
  • Abrasive Wheels
  • Working at Height
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
