Job Title: Roofing JoinerLocation: NewcastleJob Type: Full-Time | Monday to Friday | OngoingCompany: Search Consultancy (in partnership with a National Contractor)About the Role:Search Consultancy is working in partnership with a National Contractor known for successfully delivering construction projects across the private and public sectors. Due to the award of a new project in Newcastle, we are seeking a squad of 2-3 skilled roofing joiners to join the construction team, who will be based on-site for the full duration of the project.As a Roofing Joiner, you will be responsible for various aspects of roofing installation, including fascias, underclad, soffits, downpipes, and flat roofing. We are specifically looking for individuals with experience in both traditional roofing and modern systems.Key Responsibilities:* Installation and maintenance of fascias, soffits, and underclad.* Fitting and repairing downpipes and drainage systems.* Working on single-ply roofing and other flat roofing tasks.* Ensuring that all work is completed to high standards while adhering to health and safety regulations.* Coordinating with the wider construction team to ensure tasks are completed in line with project schedules and plans.What We Are Looking For:* Proven experience on construction sites, particularly in roofing and related tasks (fascias, soffits, undercladding, downpipes).* Valid CSCS card.* Ability to work efficiently and to a high standard, ensuring all aspects of the job are completed to specification.* Strong organizational skills and the ability to work well with other team members to meet project goals.Why Join Us:* Full-time, ongoing role with a reputable National Contractor.* Monday to Friday work schedule with consistent hours.* Opportunity to work on a large, long-term project in Newcastle.How to Apply:If you have the required skills and experience, and you're interested in this opportunity, please apply now.
