The Holiday Inn Newcastle Gosforth Park occupies a rural setting surrounded by 16 acres of countryside and is situated 8 miles north of the Newcastle city centre. The Holiday Inn Newcastle Gosforth Park has 151 Bedrooms, 11 meeting rooms for up to 400 guests and Inn Fitness Leisure Club & Spa.

We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to help maintain our high standards. The applicant must have a solid background with ability to create menus from scratch and continue to uphold the highest standards. The Head Chef will be financially aware of food costs and GP margins, they must be able to manage a kitchen efficiently and deliver team training along with ideas for generating business.
