Then we have permanent roles available in either our Terrace Restaurant, or our brand-new EL&N Restaurant in Newcastle that might be the next step in your culinary career!
We are also looking to recruit a Sous Chef fora fantastic 3 month fixed-term opportunity in restaurant Hjem by Fenwick!
Unlike many roles in hospitality, our roles do not include late night working giving a rare and much sought after, work life balance.
Advertised hourly rate is £12.15 - added tronc brings this to a potential gross annual earning of approximately £34,000.
Please note that The Terrace Restaurant is not eligible for Service Charge.

- Previous experience working in a high-volume restaurant
- Preparing food from scratch and working with fresh ingredients
- Passionate about food with an aptitude for learning
- Aware of new food trends and strive to meet a meticulous standard
- Clear and concise communicator to be able to build a rapport with junior members of the team and front of house colleagues
- Able to teach and support teams - forging a positive and progressive work culture
