  • Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum / £23-26 per hour, depending on experience
  • Working arrangements: Flexibility to work from anywhere in the UK with occasional travel to Newcastle (1-2 days per month)

About the Role

As the Business Development Team Manager (EPA), you'll lead a dynamic sales team to deliver exceptional results in the End-Point Assessment (EPA) division. You'll manage three talented Business Development Managers, inspiring them to drive sales, win and maintain business, and secure new opportunities. This role is perfect for someone with energy and drive to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a sales team to meet growth targets
  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to win and renew business
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Drive effective use of CRM and data for pipeline management and reporting
  • Promote collaboration with the wider organisation to enhance the customer experience
  • Encourage a culture of continuous improvementand high performance within the team
  • Monitor team performance against KPIs, providing support and development opportunities

Skills / Experience Required

  • Proven experience in leading sales teams and driving strategy in the education sector
  • Strong knowledge of EPA or broader education / training environments
  • Ability to innovate and develop strategies to secure and maintain business
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills
  • Experience working within awarding organisations, training providers, or further education institutions
