The Opportunity:Nigel Wright have been exclusively appointed to support our client in their search for a Marketing Manager with extensive experience in demand generation. Our client operates in the B2B technology space and this is a really exciting opportunity to take an established growth engine and develop it even further across the company’s verticals.Role Profile:•    Successfully create and implement a repeatable, scalable marketing strategy that delivers predictable leads, MQL’s & SQL’s via multiple channels such as search, email, social, content partnerships, display, outbound activity (SDR), events, partnerships and more. •    You will own and manage the marketing budget with the responsibility of continually optimising to increase conversion rates and provide reports and insight into the performance of campaigns•    Manage and control website and content from all sources to ensure messaging is consistent, supports the marketing activity and is in line with brand guidelines.•    Be able to curate and manage engaging and lucrative campaigns across the several business verticals•    You’ll develop and manage marketing analytics, track and share business, marketing & sales KPIs – recognising trends and identifying opportunities to accelerate growth.•    Lead, develop and coach the marketing teamPerson Specification:•    A value driven, commercially astute individual with a passion for driving profitability•    Experience in owning demand generation activities and campaigns that have measurably impacted Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), pipeline and revenue.•    Analytical and organised, you will thrive from working with data, can easily create reports and can effectively measure campaigns.•    An abundance of strategic acumen and market insight. •    A results-driven self-starter with a track record of inspiring your team and colleagues.•    Marketing experience crafted in an IT environment (MSP/SaaS/Data Analytics/Cyber/Consultancy) is essential Other information:Hybrid working pattern with a minimum of 1 day in the Newcastle office
