About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading blue-chip company in the North East. We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee the electrical components of this high-profile commercial development, valued at 25-70 million.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on prestigious projects, including new build offices and schools, while playing a key role in their successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all electrical aspects of large-scale new build projects.
  • Collaborate with design teams, contractors, and senior managers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, and progress, delivering regular updates.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations on-site.
  • Review technical designs and manage quality assurance throughout the project.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to maintain smooth project delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing electrical works on commercial building projects.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems in large-scale new build environments.
  • Excellent understanding of construction processes and health and safety regulations.
  • Outstanding leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Relevant electrical qualifications and certifications.
